The participants of the Blended Teamwork pilot training are currently experiencing one of the custom build modules made for them. The module is called Engaging Spaces and explores the way how the surrounding (be it a city or a countryside) influences the way we think about important issues. It is one of the activities that was selected for today’s session, because it takes advantage of the face-to-face setting here in Amsterdam. The whole group of participants met only once besides today’s session and that first meeting was virtual. Thus one of the leading questions for today is: What can’t be done virtually? For what kind of team situations a face-to-face setting is really important and can’t easily be replaced with a virtual tool?
Today’s programme will be closing at 5pm. The participants will then continue their learning experience in their virtual working groups.
